1. Return Policy
All sales are final unless the item is defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
2. How long does it take to process orders?
As a small operation, our processing times may be slightly longer than larger retailers. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it ships.
3. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Standard First Class Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
4. My order says it has been delivered but not received. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with your local post office. USPS handles the final delivery and may have more information on where your package was left.
If the tracking shows the package was lost in transit or has not updated for an extended period, we will provide a free replacement, including shipping. For further assistance, please contact us at mor4leb00sters@gmail.com
5. Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Standard First-Class Mail on all orders over $35 (before taxes and discounts) within the contiguous United States.
6. Military Discounts
Yes! We offer a 15% discount to all military members and first responders. To receive this discount, please refer to our "Perks" tab located at the top of the home page.
